Motor Insurance
Please remember that if you change your insurance company then you must confirm that the new company will cover your volunteer driving on your social policy. You can now do this online by visiting the Association of British Insurers website.

Please send a copy of any certificate with a new company to AGN Admin by post or scan and attach to an email (see details on the Contact Us page). It should not now be necessary to send the usual AGN form to the insurer but, in case it is needed until the changes settle in, it is still available for download — Insurance Form

 

Car Parking at Epsom & St. Helier Hospitals
Please remember that if you change the car you are using for AGN work, the car park administrator for Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Trust must be informed. The number printed on the car park disc must match the car number plate for the disc to be valid.

If you have a disc that is in date, you do not need to fill in a new form. Simply write giving details of your new car to:

You must enclose an SAE for their reply.

New volunteers or anyone with an out of date disc must complete a new form obtainable via 01372 277350 or email ashteadgn@yahoo.co.uk
